At the price, you can't expect a TON, but I was still pretty disappointed in this system, compared to its competitors. As far as music went, the sound came across as very flat and 'empty'. Its very reliant on the subwoofer to make alot of noise, but its not good noise. No rich, vibrant tones could be had, even after playing around with EQ settings. It definitely makes noise though - this would be best applied for the budget gamer or regular user. not particularly adapted for someone who uses their PC as a jukebox, however.
